1. Introduction

SOOH Enterprises LLC (“SOOH,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) complies with the principles of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

 

SOOH Enterprises LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to the processing of personal information received from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland in reliance on these frameworks.

This Notice applies only to personal data that falls within the scope of SOOH’s certification under the Data Privacy Framework.

2. Scope of Certification

​

SOOH’s certification covers personal information relating to:

 

• Clients and business partners – including contact details, business communication, and service-related data processed in connection with consulting, workshops, or program access;

• Prospective clients and newsletter subscribers – information collected via the SOOH Website or related communication channels; and

• Service providers and contractors – business contact details processed in the context of contractual or operational cooperation.

SOOH’s certification does not extend to any third-party processing where personal data is disclosed at the request of an individual directly to another controller.

3. Third-Party Disclosures

 

SOOH may disclose personal data to carefully selected third-party service providers that support the operation of its Website, cloud services, or client management systems.

These providers are contractually required to offer the same or higher level of data protection as set out in the EU-U.S. DPF, UK Extension, and Swiss-U.S. DPF.

 

SOOH remains responsible for any data processed by third parties on its behalf if those third parties fail to meet their obligations under the Framework Principles.

 

SOOH may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or government authority, including to meet national security or law-enforcement requests.

4. Enforcement and Oversight

​

SOOH Enterprises LLC is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

 

Individuals from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland with inquiries or complaints concerning SOOH’s handling of personal data under the Data Privacy Framework are encouraged to first contact SOOH directly at: privacy@sooh.io

 

If a concern cannot be resolved directly, individuals may escalate their complaint to:

 

• their local data-protection authority (for HR-related or employment matters), or

• the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR/AAA) for independent arbitration regarding other types of data.

Under specific conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration before the relevant Data Privacy Framework Panel.

5. Cooperation with Data Protection Authorities

​

SOOH Enterprises LLC cooperates with:

 

• the European Union Data Protection Authorities (DPAs),

• the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and

• the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)

to ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Framework Principles for personal information transferred from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland in connection with business relationships or service delivery.
